Product Name M800 Souveran, special edition with parts labelled. This is a very rare version of the Spanish etched pen, they only made 25 with the incorrectly labelled “Empuñadura” piston and they retrieved 6 of them before they got into the hands of the public, leaving only 19 with the original incorrect labelling. Nib MEDIUM 18k 2-tone nib. Super smooth.
Condition New condition, in box, never inked. Some storage wear. This special edition demonstrator was produced in 2008, and is a true demonstrator -- all of the parts are labeled! The tube that protects the spindle is even cut out and you can watch it twist as you fill the pen with ink. The barrel has faint marks caused by the cap lip. The cap looks excellent. The trim rings at the end of the barrel have a tiny bit of plating wear and polishing marks. The clip looks great. The piece that holds the clip has some plating wear around the edge. All the imprints and lettering are clear.
