Product Name Fountain pen is marked "Super 250" and has a sticker that says RMW250. The pencil sticker says RMWH100.
Manufacturer and Year Pilot, Japan, circa 1956 (see page 223 of the Lambrou/Sunami Japanese pens book).

Filling System "Knob filler" -- this method features a sac covered by a metal tube, with a little lever at the top of the tube which compresses the sac. This is also sometimes called the "Quarter Switch." The sac has been replaced. The pencil takes 0.9mm leads. The leads extend and retract via a twist mechanism.
Color Gold plated caps with a nice design of lines and dots. The barrels are colored plastic, with a cap jewel of matching color. Select color from pull down menu.
Nib 14k semi-hooded nibs in medium-fine or medium (marked on sticker). Select nib from pull down menu. Please note that these medium-fine nibs are actually "FM" nibs. The 250 nibs have different shaped tipping than the 300 nibs.
Condition Gorgeous! Brand new, never inked or used. The sac has been replaced. In vintage Pilot clamshell box (colored to match the set's color) with outer cardboard box and paperwork. Pen instructions are in Spanish, pencil instructions in English.
