Condition Excellent condition for this pipe tool that is packaged to look like a fountain pen, with a barrel, cap, and clip. The pen-like outside is velvety dark black with copper plated cap band and clip. The tool is in perfect condition. It screws into the top of the barrel and the instrument can then be capped. The barrel portion has light to moderate scratching. The cap has light scratching with an area that a patch of short, deep scratches to the left of the clip. The clip and clip ring have heavy brassing and heavy microscratching. The Patent Number is crisp and clear.
