Product Name PB-5000. This is a rather fat model, oversized by 1970s Japanese standards. Please see this helpful post on FPN for Japanese product sheets showing this model. It seems that the PB-5000 was in the top-mid price range.

Color Black with gold trim
Nib 18k medium nib .... very smooth, with no real flex but a little spring.
Condition Very nice, excellent except for some scratches in the lacquer on the cap. No cracks or chips, just very light hand wear. No box or paperwork though we will ship it in a PSP single pen box.
