Product Name Unknown, but this is a combination mechanical pencil and postal scale

Filling System The mechanical pencil takes "thick" or 1.1mm leads that extends and retracts using a twist mechanism. The mechanism works well.
Scale System Beneath the cap is a hook and a clip to grasp a letter. The clip is for flatter letters. You hold the pencil cone up and let go of the attached letter and it pulls down the tube in the barrel according to its weight. The prices for mailing a letter of that weight during original era are also visible. Accuracy not guaranteed.
Color Black pencil with a narrow band at the top of the pencil half of the pen and a wide band near the cap lip. It also has a clip. The trim is gold filled or plated.
Condition Excellent condition. The trim is worn and the pencil has handwear but there are no major scratches and everything works. The pencil has been personalized. One has been personalized, "Mary Swan Baker," and the other has been personalized, "Isabel Swan #####" where the last name has been scraped off. If you have a preference for one over the other, and they are both still available, feel free to request a specific "sister".
