Product Description

Type Handmade fountain pen in various materials, adapted for Cartier Diabolo full section nib units. These are made in materials which we had in very small quantities, and once they sell we won't be making more.

Product Name "Catamount"

Manufacturer and Year Conceived and designed by Peyton Street Pens. Lotus Pen Company made the cap and barrel, Cartier made the nib/section/converter.

Length 5-1/8" (unposted 4-7/8", posted 6-9/16", diameter at grip .37", barrel diameter .542")

Filling System International converters or cartridges required. It will come fitted with a Cartier piston converter.

Color These are made of "CrazyFiber", a high grade, artisanal type of Micarta. Micarta is a brand name of composites of fibers or fabrics, set in resin. The resulting material is strong, durable, and lightweight. The feel of the material is slightly different than your usual resin pens - it's less slick, and the surface isn't quite as shiny, kind of like wood. It is also likely to develop something of a patina over time.

Nib The 18k Cartier nibs are not marked, but they seem to be medium and produce a line of about 1mm in width. We need to measure our nibs to see if there's any other sizes.

Condition Brand new, never used. New Cartier piston converter.
