THESE ITEMS ARE NOT FOUNTAIN PEN FRIENDLY. THE PAPER REJECTS WATER, AND FOUNTAIN PEN INK IS WATER-BASED.

Backstory: Sometimes, when we buy collections, we receive unexpected items that aren't the kinds of things we normally sell. The previous owner had a huge variety of stationery items, including several products from the Tacoma, WA based company Rite In The Rain. They produce all-weather writing paper that sheds water and allows you to write outside in any weather. The "sheds water" bit is really important, as it means you can't use any sort of water-based ink with these, because the paper's coating completely rejects it. No gel pens, most highlighters don't work, and watercolors and fountain pens are not an option.
(The paper and company seem pretty cool though. They've been around a long time, their paper is wood-based, the coating is water-based, and most of their products are easily recycled in most community curbside systems. The fibers used in the paper are purchased from Sustainable Forestry Initiative (SFI) certified sources, their manufacturing processes are designed to be low-impact and sustainable, and so on. As far as we can tell, this is not a case of green-washing; this company is a good steward of the environment.)
Clockwise, from left: 3" X 5" top-bound spiral notebook with case and clicker pen, index card wallet with ~25 index cards, 4.625" x 7" side spiral notebook, and two 3.125" X 6" side-bound soft cover notebooks. (pocket pen not pictured)

Neatly stacked!
