Product Description
Type Hexagonal Ballpoint Pen
Product Name Rotring Newton. It's in the 600 family, but the Newton has a conical tip, whereas the regular 600 has a cylindrical tip. There's a nice writeup and discussion of the differences on the Unsharpen blog.
Manufacturer and Year Rotring (Japan), circa 1996
Length 5-7/16"
Filling System Takes standard Parker-style ballpoint ink cartridges. A compatible refill is installed. The pen extends and retracts by clicking the top.
Color Matte silver color with a red ring around the top of the pen.
Condition Excellent condition. This is a sleek pen in an industrial design. There are some shiny marks on the barrel. The shiny cone has microscratching, as does the clicker. The red ring has a tiny chip in the edge, as well as a crack, though it's holding in place nicely. The imprints are clear.
