Product Name Newton. Identified as the Newton (as opposed to the 600) based on a few characteristics ... no knurling, no nib size rotating indicator, no model name on the cap. FYI, there's no such things as a Newton 600, despite what you see on eBay!
Manufacturer and Year Rotring for Levenger, made in Germany -- 1990s. Most of the Newtons are marked Japan, but finding one with a Germany imprint is not unheard of.
