Sailor Pro Gear fountain pen in the standard size. Green Demonstrator version. Since this is the standard size and not the slim size, it has a firm medium 21k nib instead of the 14k nibs found on the slim version. The trim is rhodium plated. Near Mint in box, never inked, with hardly any signs of usage.

Product Name  Sailor Professional Gear "Pro Gear", Standard Size.

Manufacturer and Year  Sailor, Japan. This is a not a current model, though this color is available in the smaller Saporo model.

Length  5-1/8".

Filling System  Takes Sailor-style cartridges and converters. A Sailor converter is installed and there is a pair of cartridges beneath the pen tray.

Color  This is the "Green Demonstrator" version with a clear green cap and barrel with rhodium plated trim.

Nib  MEDIUM 21k nib. The nib is labeled, "H-M" which stands for hard medium. The nib is mostly firm with only slight give and writes like a Japanese medium.  The pen has rhodium plating on the nib to match the trim on the rest of the pen. (The Pro Gear Slim size pens have 14k nibs, whereas these larger pens have 21k nibs.)

Condition  Near Mint condition, not a scratch on it. It has been inked before, but you can't tell from looking at it. The pen has very slight handwear and some polishing marks on the clip. It really looks just about new. Ships in box with cartridges, converter, and paperwork.

Domestic US Shipping Policy: For the most part, shipping to US addresses is free and is made via first class mail.

International Shipping PolicyInternational shipping is based on weight, and we give you a choice (depending on country) of first class, first class registered, priority mail or express delivery (only Express Mail provides true tracking). Internatonal shipments valued at over $40 come with free insurance, unless that service is not available for your specific country. Most countries charge customs fees on shipments from the United States, but this is not something we can estimate and there is no way to pay these fees in advance.
