Nib Fine Flexible 2 gold fine nib is marked "Sheaffer 2 Self-Filling". It has very good line variation from a narrow fine to broad or double broad with light pressure. Please see the writing sample below.
Condition Excellent + condition with no cracks, dings, or dents. The color is uniformly dark and shiny and the scalloped chasing is clear. The barrel looks fantastic, with minimal surface flaws and no bite marks or large scratches. The cap has some light scratching on the top surface, but everything else looks great. The clip has some tiny spots of brassing on the side. The lever bar has some scratching near the pivot end, and slight brassing on the sides. The imprints are clear.
