Product Name "Millennium Edition" Sheaffer's name for this product line was Balance II. It was a revival of the Balance pens of the 1930s. Model #891.
Manufacturer and Year Sheaffer USA - this special edition came out in 1999. This particular set is dated 2000 on the back of the clock pen holder. It is in an elaborate presentation box with a pyramid-shaped clock pen holder and a bottle of Sheaffer Skrip ink.

Condition Excellent + condition in special red presentation box with a bottle of Sheaffer Skrip ink, a pyramid shaped clock, and paperwork. This is a beautifully colored pen that is shiny and in with classic styling. The barrel has light marks caused by the cap lip. The cap has light to some moderate scratching up near the top. The cap band has light scratching and a tad of plating wear along the bottom edge. The clip has some polishing lines and a few microscratches. The white dot is perfect. The presentation box has a bit of peeling on the outside but the inside looks pristine. The imprints are clear.
These marbled Balances tend to develop hairline cracks in the material. We found a very fine crack to the left of the top of the clip, and one mid-way on the barrel, which we repaired with clear acrylic and then sanded and polished. The bottom photos below show these areas after our work, and the blemishes are almost invisible. Nevertheless, we suggest you avoid rough handling of the pen and do not post the cap.
