Product Name Sheaffer Balance Lifetime. This is a full size, standard girth pen, neither slender nor oversized.
Manufacturer and Year Sheaffer USA -- 1931-34, based off of clip.

Filling System Lever filler (works well, restored)
Color Solid black pen with gold plated trim. It has a 1/8" cap band and a short round ball humped clip. White Dot.
Nib Medium 14k Lifetime nib. Smooth and firm.
Condition Excellent + condition. Some hand wear, microscratching. The ball of the clip has a line of brassing around the high point. Some posting marks, and small dents at the end of the barrel, possibly toothmarks. The imprint is crisp and there are no cracks, chips, major dents, or major scratches. The pen is fully restored and working well.
