Product Name This is in the Balance family; it is the fat oversize Balance version.
Manufacturer and Year Sheaffer USA, 1930s. Straight radius clip. The grey pearl color is very uncommon and was only used between 1934 and 1936. The radius clip was introduced in late 1935 or early 1936, which allows you to narrow the date down further.

Filling System Lever filler - working perfectly
Color Grey marble celluloid. Silver colored trim, we believe it is chromium. 1/8" cap band. Section has an amber viewing window. White dot.
Nib 14k Fine Lifetime nib is large and in excellent condition with good masking and tipping material.
Condition Very nice condition with no cracks, chips, dents, or dings. This is a large, fat pen in a nice marbled color and in a classic design. The barrel has light scratching with marks caused by the cap lip. The cap has moderate scratching, including some freckled dots. There are bite-like marks on the top of the cap and the white dot has a scratch through it. The lever looks good. The clip and cap band are very scratched with plating wear. The imprints are clear.
