Product Name Sheaffer Balance Lifetime "Petite", this was the smallest of the many Balance sizes.
Manufacturer and Year Sheaffer, USA -- 1929, this pen has the first version of the long humped clip which was only formally used for a year.

Filling System Lever filler - working perfectly with a new sac. The mechanical pencil takes 1.1mm (thick) leads. A packet of leads will be included.
Color Green marble with a 1/8" cap bands and gold trim. The fountain pen has a white dot above the long humped clip.
Nib FINE 14k Sheaffer Lifetime nib. There is a serial number on the nib: 3364177
Condition Excellent condition with no cracks, chips, dents or dings. This is a petite pen and pencil set that has beautiful, shiny marbling with some pearlescence, and features a classic design. The fountain pen barrel has marks caused by the cap lip and moderate scratching with some long, thin scratches here and there. The short lever has microscratching and a bit of plating wear along the top edge as well as some pitting there. The cap has moderate scratching all over. The cap band has moderate microscratching but no plating wear. The clip has plating wear on the ball end as well as light scratching all over. The white dot looks great, though it is slightly off-center. The mechanical pencil has moderate small scratches throughout. The cone looks excellent with just light microscratching. The cap band has microscratching but no brassing. The clip has plating wear on the ball end along with some tiny smudges of plating wear along the left edge. It has microscratching all over. The imprints on both pieces are clear.
