Manufacturer and Year Sheaffer, made in USA. This color was used 1934-39, and in 1935 the radius clip was introduced.

Filling System Lever filler. We've restored it with a new sac and it's working perfectly. We guarantee the filling system for a year from the date of purchase.
Color Ebony with floating Mother of Pearl pieces and with gold plated trim. The cap band is 1/8" wide. White dot above the clip. Amber viewing window under the section.
Nib FINE gold two-tone Lifetime nib. It says Sheaffer Lifetime on it and is two-tone with serial number B23778.
Condition Excellent + condition for this slim pen with a very pretty color pattern that is desirable. The color of the mother-of-pearl pieces (especially those on the barrel) have darkened though they still have a lot of color and shine in them. No cracks or personalization. The barrel has marks caused by the cap lip and scratching. The cap has light to moderate scratching with some heavier scratches near the top. The cap band has some blotches of brassing and moderate microscratching. The clip has brassing along the edges and around the ball end, and moderate microscratching on the face. The white dot is intact with some light scratching. The imprints are clear.
