Product Name There's no model number, but this is a junior size pencil from the Balance line.
Manufacturer and Year Sheaffer, made in USA -- 1936-8 (the color which was only produced in those years).
Length 4-7/8"
Filling System Takes 1.1mm (or "Thick") leads, which it extends via the traditional twist mechanism (the cap twists). We'll include a small packet of leads.
Color Rose Glow Striated pink and grey celluloid. One of the less common Balance colors. Gold plated trim.
Condition Very nice condition with no cracks. This is a small, beautifully colored, shiny mechanical pencil that has pearlescence that helps it to glow. The cap and barrel portions have moderate to heavy scratching all over. The barrel portion has a melty spot near the cap lip, as is seen in the final photo below. The cone has moderate microscratching and two small, deeper scratches. The clip has light to moderate microscratching. The imprints are clear.
