Sheaffer mechanical pencil #500 from the 1940s. Carmine striated. 0.9mm leads.   A few marks here and there but overall excellent condition.

Filling System  It takes .9mm (or "Thin") leads and extends lead in the traditional twist method. 

Color  Carmine striated with and 1/2" gold cap band and a gold clip. 

Condition  Excellent condition.  The coloration is uniform and shiny.  The trim is lovely and makes a statement.  There are some long, thin, but light, scratch lines running across the horizontal lining near the tip of the pencil.  There are no cracks, chips, dings, or dents.  The imprint is clear.

Most countries charge customs fees on shipments from the United States, but this is not something we can estimate and there is no way to pay these fees in advance.
