Filling System Takes "thick" leads. 1.1mm leads should work. It uses a twist mechanism and extends and retracts the leads well. There is a hardened eraser under the cap.
Color Jade green celluloid embedded with "floating" pieces of cream colored celluloid. Gold plated trim. The color is really close to perfect on this particular pencil, which is unusual because the cream colored pieces do tend toward the amber color on most examples you see out there
Condition Superior condition with no cracks, chips, dents, or dings. This is a beautifully colored, attractive, tapered pencil that is close to perfect. The surface has microscratching only. The nose cone and cap band are excellent. The clip has a bit of plating wear on the end. There is a hardened eraser. The imprints are clear.
