Manufacturer and Year Sheaffer USA - this model ran from about 1952 to '63, but at some point they changed their design to have a section which matched the color of the body. Before that, all sections on these pens were black. This section is black.

Filling System The pen has "Tip-Dip" filling system, which is a variation of the touchdown system, and we'll include instructions on its use. It has been restored and is working well.
Color Green with chrome plated trim.
Nib MEDIUM Sheaffer's M1 steel nib.
Condition Very nice condition with no cracks, chips, dents, or dings. This is a shiny pen in a classic design and in a desireable color. The cap and barrel have moderate scratching. The cap has an area to the left of the clip with a lot of long thin and small, slash-y scratch marks. The cap band has noticeable moderate micro-scratches, especially along the bottom edge. The clip has heavy scratching along the side edges as well as a section of pitting on the lower left edge and a small pit along the right edge. The imprints are clear.
