Filling System Intended for use with Sheaffer cartridges. The standard Sheaffer squeeze converter does fit, and one is installed, though it probably wasn't included originally. There are two dried-up cartridges included in the box.
Color Black section and barrel with a patterned chrome cap. Gold clip.
Nib FINE gold-plated triumph nib with a slight upturn at the tip. There is an "F9" imprinted on the reverse side of the nib, though the 9 is a bit of a mystery; we find other numbers documented in various places but the 9 is missing from any lists we can find.
Condition New Old Stock condition, in box with paperwork (located under the platform). There is some light storage wear on the cap and barrel, as well as the box. The original chalk mark is still faintly visible on the pen's barrel. This is a slim, shiny pen in a classic color pattern. No cracks, chips, dents, or dings. The imprints are clear.
