Condition Excellent + condition with no cracks, chips, dents, or dings. This is a velvety black, shiny vintage pen that looks excellent. The barrel has marks caused by the cap lip and light scratching with moderate scratching near the end of the barrel. The lever has long thin scratches and a tad of plating wear near the top. The cap has light to moderate scratching with a few longer scratches here and there. The single cap band has light microscratching -- it looks excellent. The clip has plating wear on the ball end and light microscratching. The edges of the flat top of the cap has a few teeny scratches. The imprints are crisp and clear.
