Color Tortoiseshell lacquer with gold plated trim
Condition Excellent condition. This is a weighty, beautiful, shiny pen in a lovely color pattern. The cap and barrel look good. There is a small chip in the brown lacquer end piece, and a similar one just above the top cap band. The gold ring on the section nearest the nib has a lot of pitting in the gold plating, as seen in the photos. The two trim bands on the section also show pitting. The clip looks great and the white dot is perfect. The imprints are clear. In Sheaffer box.
