Color The body is a gold electroplated finish in fine barley-corn pattern. (Marked "Gold Electroplated" with the Sheaffer crown.). White dot on the top of the clip.
Nib MEDIUM 14k inlaid long diamond nib.
Condition Very nice condition with no cracks, chips, dents, or dings. This is a golden, shiny, shimmery pen with nice styling. The barrel has dots of pitting on the barrel scattered throughout. There is an area of plating wear towards the end of the barrel, as well as one on the end of the barrel. The cap also has dots of pitting on the surface. There are two blotches of plating wear around the top of the cap. There is brassing and some corrosion around the area where the clip attaches to the cap. There's a dot of pitting on the cap band area, in the second F of "Sheaffer". The cap lip has touches of brassing. The clip has some light scratching, as well as bubbling in the plating on the face. The white dot has tiny marks around the edge. The imprints are clear.
