Condition Very Nice condition. There is moderate scratching on the cap and barrel. The clip has some scratches on the right side. The white dot has scratching, but the dark smudges seen in the photos were made by the buffing compound and cleaned off easily, so you won't see them when you get the pen. The cap band has scratching and touches of brassing on the edges. The barrel has moderate scratching all over, as well as some long (~2") scratches. The imprints are clear.
