Color Black Radite, an early plastic. Gold plated trim.
Nib Fine gold Lifetime Nib. The nib is large, fine, and firm. There's a scratch across the face of the nib which does not affect the writing experience.
Condition Very nice condition. There is moderate handwear and scratching on the cap and barrel. There is plating wear on the sides of the clip, and blotches of brassing on the ball end. The cap band has brassing along both edges. The cap lip is smooth and even. The section has scratching and some tool marks. There are bite marks at the end of the barrel. The lever has scratching and some plating wear along the edges. The imprint is clear.
The cap band is personalized with "E A McC".
