Product Name Triumph Lifetime 1250 (marked via an imprint on the barrel)
Manufacturer and Year Sheaffer USA - circa mid 1940s. This version has a white dot on the very top of the cap, not above the clip like later versions.
Length 5-3/8" and with some girth.
Filling System Lever filling system. We've replaced the sac and it's working well. Guaranteed for one year from date of purchase.
Color Black with gold plated trim. The white dot is on the very top of the cap. 3/8" cap band with a depressed line on either side.
Nib FINE two-tone conical 14k Triumph nib. It has a serial number: 1087920
Condition Very nice condition for this velvety black, shiny pen in a classic design. The barrel has light to moderate scratching. The cap has moderate scratching. There is surface wear (crackled) on either side of the top of the clip and there are a few cracks near the clip in that same area (both sides). The lever has plating wear along the edges. The 3/8" cap band has a patch of plating wear along the bottom edge as well as light microscratching with a few small, deep dot scratches along the lower edge. The clip has heavy pitting and plating wear. The white dot on top of the cap is slightly yellowed, has small scratches giving a crackled appearance. The imprints are clear.
