Filling System The fountain pen takes Sheaffer cartridges, or you can fill from bottled ink via the included squeeze converter. The ballpoint pen takes Sheaffer refills, a working blue refill is included.
Color The caps and trim are 23K electroplated gold. The caps have been decorated with enamel holly berries and leaves. The barrels are berry red. The caps are engraved with "1996."
Nib The nib is a long diamond style inlaid nib, 23K Medium Nib. The section clearly says, "M," even though it shows some wear.
Condition Near mint condition. The pens may not have ever been used. The barrels have small amounts of handwear. The caps and trim look perfect. They are shiny and free from scratches and wear. They ship in the original Holiday Originals The Holly Pen box. The box looks like an older book ready to be placed on the shelf. There are scratches on the box that add to the feeling of book wear.
