Manufacturer and Year Sheaffer, made in USA -- 1940s.

Filling System Lever Filler. Restored with a new sac and guaranteed for a year from the date of purchase.
Color Black with gold plated trim, a white dot, and a wide cap band 5/8" wide with etched lines on each side of the band.
Nib Medium two-tone conical 14k Lifetime Triumph nib.
Condition Excellent condition, with no cracks, chips, dents, or dings. The cap and barrel have light to moderate general wear and scratching. The barrel has moderate scratching all over. There's a slight bulge in the middle of the barrel from the internal ring that helps hold the lever in place; it doesn't affect the pen's functioning. The section, nib, and feed look quite good. The cap has some little scratches. The cap band has microscratching. The clip has some touches of brassing on the edges and at the open end. The imprints are clear.
