Filling System Snorkel filling pen. We've restored it with a new sac, point gasket and o-ring, and it's working perfectly. We'll send instructions on how to use the filling system. The pencil takes 0.9mm sized leads, which extend and retract via a traditional twist mechanism.
Color Peacock blue with gold plated trim, a 3/8-inch wide cap band, and a white dot above the clip. Peacock is one of the hard-to-find colors considered highly collectible.
Nib MEDIUM two-tone Triumph 14k nib, marked M5 on the back. It's smooth and firm with excellent tipping material. The masking is in lovely condition with no wear apparent.
Condition Excellent + condition for this beautiful set in a hard-to-find color. Fountain pen: The fountain pen looks great. There's light handwear and scratching. There's a tiny (1/16") hairline crack that runs from the top of the clip to the white dot. Other than that, we see no cracks or chips, dings, dents, or personalization. The cap band has microscratching and polishing marks, but no brassing or plating wear. The clip has touches of brassing along the sides. The blind cap knurling and grooves on the section look perfect, with no marks or interruptions. The cap threads look great. Mechanical pencil: The pencil has some light to moderate scratching. The clip has a bit of plating wear along the sides. The cap band has microscratching, but no brassing or plating wear. The cone has brassing. There are some light marks in the gripping section grooves. The imprints on both pieces are are a bit worn, but still easily readable.
