Product Description
Type Fountain Pen
Product Name 007 James Bond #0835/3007. The serial number is engraved on the side of the clip.
Manufacturer and Year ST Dupont, France -- 2004
Length 5-3/4". This is the largest of the three Olympio sizes.
Filling System International cartridge or converter fill. There is a small laser pointer that is stored in the barrel, and with the laser pointer in place, you would need to use a short international cartridge for the pen. We have confirmed that a Schmidt K-5 converter will fit once the laser "bullet" is removed, and we enclose a converter under the pen tray.
Color Palladium coated with a brushed finish. The guilloche detailing was inspired by Bond's firearm.
Nib Medium 18k nib with a silver colored overlay. The "M" is in the second 0 in 007.
Condition Excellent condition, in box with paperwork. There is a tiny scuff on the cap, which we've tried to capture in the photos. (If you're holding the cap looking into the open end, with the clip at the 12 o'clock position, the scratch is at the 4.) Other than this, the pen looks good. There is some scratching on the end of the barrel. The brushed finish is smooth with minimal crosswise scratching, and the guilloche patterning is crisp. (We tried to test the laser pointer works, but we suspect it may need new batteries; it takes two 377 batteries. Instructions for changing the batteries is in the special edition booklet.) The imprints are clear. The box has some surface marks, but is overall in great condition.
