Product Description
Type Fountain Pen
Product Name Olympio Lacque Vertigo. There were three sizes, and the names changed confusingly over the years, but suffice it to say this is the largest size. See this post on Fountain Pen Network for an excellent discussion of the model.
Manufacturer and Year ST Dupont, France -- late 1990s or early 2000s
Length 5-3/4".
Filling System International cartridge or converter fill. It comes with a matching ST Dupont converter installed.
Color Red and black lacquer in a simple geometric pattern that creates the illusion of texture. It has gold plated trim.
Nib Two-tone stub 18k nib. This is a large nib with a unique shape. It is labeled ST for stub on it and writes like a smooth cursive italic. Please see the writing sample below.
Condition Superior condition, used only lightly. There's a few marks on the gold plating on the collar and some handwear on the section. The rest of the trim looks great. The lacquer is beautiful with a few tiny, almost unnoticeable marks. (No box or paperwork.)
