Product Description
Type Fountain Pen
Product Name Model-T, named after the Model T vehicle made by Ford in 1908.
Manufacturer and Year Stipula, Italy -- 2010s, the model came out around 2009 and is still being produced.
Length 5-13/16"
Filling System 3-in-1 filling system. That means that it is cartridge, converter, and eyedropper compatible. A Stipula international piston converter is installed. A black cartridge can be found beneath the pen tray. There is an o-ring in the barrel to prevent leakage when eyedroppered.
Color "Pyrite" (Pirite in Italian) is a mottled mix of dark brown, off white, and shimmering gold. The resin is translucent. The trim is palladium plated. The clip has a matte texture that makes it seem like it's made of titanium, but we didn't find anything to confirm that.
Nib FINE Titanium nib. It is a small nib with obvious modern flex. While titanium tines spread easily, they also are easy to "spring" or get stuck too far apart. You cannot treat it like a steel nib. This nib is called a "T-Flex Nib" and only comes in one size.
Condition Near mint condition with few signs of usage. There is a little blue on the section part that grips the converter and a few marks on the barrel. The imprints and detailing are clear. The pen ships with almost all of its original packaging including box, cartridge, and paperwork. It is missing the eyedropper.
