Product Name Stipula Passaporto, "Clear Blue" . It is different from the current, lower-priced "Superleggera" because it has the Stipula leaf on the cap band which acts as a roll stop. The cap fits securely on the end of the barrel.
Manufacturer and Year Stipula, Italy -- a different version is currently being produced. We think this came out circa 2010.

Filling System Eye-dropper filling system, or cartridges. An eyedropper and an ink cartridge are included in the gift box.
Color Hand turned Italian resin. Transparent blue cap and barrel with chrome trim. The fountain pen cap fits onto the end of the barrel when in use, which makes it more comfortable in the hand. The trim band has the Stipula leaf.
Nib FINE Stainless Steel Nib.
Condition Near mint condition, in box, with paperwork and with eye-dropper and one ink cartridge. The pen has never been inked. This is a compact but easily expandable pen that is well engineered and that is unique in appearance. The transparent blue cap and barrel have a few light scratches. The 1/2" cap band has some light microscratching. The imprints are clear.
