Product Description
Type Modern fountain pen in an old-school material (ebonite!) and an old-school filling system (crescent filler!)
Product Name Saturno Novecento (#2683)
Manufacturer and Year Stipula, Italy -- circa 2000s.
Length 5-1/2"
Filling System Crescent filling system. We installed a new sac, and tested the system and it's working well. There's a band that you can spin beneath the crescent on the barrel to prevent the crescent from being pushed and compressing the sac when you're traveling with it.
Color Green and black woodgrain ebonite with sterling trim. Double cap rings and a lovely crescent on the barrel (the filling system).
Nib FINE 18k nib.
Condition Excellent condition with no cracks, chips, dents, or dings. This is a handsome pen with a woodgrain pattern in a nice color. There are some light scratches on the section and microscratching on the cap and barrel. This is very difficult to see because of the color pattern of the pen. The clip has moderate scratching and dots of pitting. The cap bands and crescent look great. The imprints are clear. Ships in Stipula box with booklet marked with the serial number, and the correct outer cardboard box.
