Product Name Stained Glass, from the "Mother of Pearl" collection
Manufacturer and Year Taccia - ca. 2003-11. The Mother of Pearl collection began in 2006. It's unclear where these were made - the company began in US, but production is currently in Japan.
Length 5-5/8" -- quite a fat pen!
Filling System Converter/cartridges. A converter is installed.
Color Mother of Pearl and abalone/raden triangles over a black background, arranged with space between to mimic a stained glass effect. Chrome trim. The section and end pieces are black. There is a colorful glow/shimmer when the pen is twirled.
Nib MEDIUM 18k gold two-toned nib.
Condition Excellent + condition. This is a substantial, stunning and unique pen with nice styling. There is light scratching on the surface of the barrel and cap. Some of the surface marks are due to the variations in the natural material. The trim has light polishing marks, but no brassing or plating wear. The imprints are clear. Ships in original box with zippered pen case.
