Product Name Wahl Pen, the nib is marked "Wahl 3".
Manufacturer and Year Wahl, USA -- 1921-29.
Length 4-5/16" (capped).
Filling System The fountain pen is a lever filler. A new sac has been installed and it is working well.
Color Gold filled chevron pattern. The gold fill overlay is over black hard rubber.
Nib FINE FLEXIBLE 14k Wahl #3 nib with strong line variation. Please see the writing sample below.
Condition Excellent condition. There is brassing around the edges of both ends, a thin line on the cap and a wider area on the end of the barrel. The clip has plating wear along the sides. The front edge of the section has some tool marks. The lever bar has brassing along the edges, and is working very well. There's a bit of plating wear in the cap threads. The cap and barrel both have microscratching, but the plating is in quite good shape overall. There is one small ding near the end of the barrel. The cap imprint is clear. It's got a wonderfully flexible nib and will be a joy to write with.
