Filling System Vacuum (piston) filler. This was called the "One shot" vacuum filling system by Eversharp and is modeled after the Sheaffer vac-fil system. We've restored the filling system in-house and it's working very well.
Color Silver & Black Shell. The barrel is amber with a grey web pattern, and has fantastic transparency (please see pictures below). Silver trim aka "white metal" with a 1/4" cap band that goes to the cap lip and has triangular cutouts.
Nib Eversharp Adjustable Nib. Line variation from extra fine to medium. See our writing sample in the pictures below.
Condition Excellent condition with no cracks, chips, dents, or dings. This is a nice-sized, faceted pen, in a beautiful color combination and with excellent patterning. The cap and barrel have moderate scratching with bite marks on the top of the cap and the end of the barrel. The barrel has marks caused by the cap lip. The cap band has a bit of plating wear here and there and some scratching near the bottom edge. The clip has a bit of plating wear along the edges of the end and light overall scratching. The imprints are clear.
