Manufacturer and Year Wahl Oxford (a Wahl-Eversharp sub-brand). This is an early model, probably from the 1930s. The pen is shaped like the long slender Equi-poise Wahls.

Filling System Lever filler, restored here at PSP with a new sac.
Color Black celluloid with gold plated trim.
Nib #2 flexible Warranted nib ... not a wet noodle or full flex nib, but more than semi-flex. See writing sample below.
Condition Excellent condition with no chips or cracks. There are a few marks toward the end of the barrel, probably caused by posting. Deep crisp imprint. Brassing on the clip, typical of Wahl Oxford, but the trim has good plating on the cap bands and lever.
