Color Black chased hard rubber with nickel trim.
Nib FLEXIBLE FINE gold nib is marked "Waterman's Ideal New York." Please see the writing sample below. The point is fine which offers very strong contrast to the flexed lines of the pen. Line variation from fine to a wide broad. We consider it full flex.
Condition Excellent condition. The chasing on the cap is in good condition; on the barrel it's visible but largely smoothed down. The clip looks great. The section has capping marks and some scratching. The end of the barrel has some posting marks as well as tooth marks. The hard rubber color is slightly faded. The imprints are clear. No cracks, chips, dents, or serious scratching.
