The burgundy marble at the end of the pen is discolored, though the 3V imprint is clear. The cap has moderate scratching with some long scratches and with small blotches of heavy scratching. The lever and clip have plating wear and pitting. The cap band has just a tad of pitting but mainly it looks nice. The imprints are very clear.
