Manufacturer and Year | Waterman - circa 1925 |

Filling System | Lever filler (We have replaced the bladder and it works very well.) |

Nib | The nib is marked Waterman Ideal New York. (We can't see the number, but it's safe to asssume it's a 2.) It is very flexible with excellent line variation ... and has a good amount of tipping material. The line varies from extra fine to broad. Though these measurments of flex are subjective, we consider this one fully flexible, but not a wet noodle. Excellent hairlines! (Writing sample in the works.) |
Condition
|
Excellent condition, really very nice. No cracks or chips. The color is good, just a faint tinge of brown. The imprints on the barrel is faint but readable. This pen writes very smoothly with a serious amount of flex. The filling system is working well, and we'll guarantee it for a year. |
