Product Name Model 52 (marked on the end of the pen barrel)
Manufacturer and Year Waterman, USA, 1920s
Length 5-3/8"

Nib EXTRA FINE FULL FLEX 14k Waterman's #2 nib. Though not a wet noodle or ultra flex nib, it has what we consider full flex, with a good ink flow. Writes wet and smooth. Good tipping material. The line varies from fine or extra fine to a nice broad with just light pressure. Don't rely on our description though, everyone has different standards for flex: see our writing sample below.
Condition Excellent condition, with no cracks or scratches. The chasing is a little more worn on the barrel than on the cap. The black hard rubber is dark with only slight fading. The imprints on the barrel are crisp and readable. Hardly any scratching, there are just two tiny indents near the end of the barrel. There are a couple dots of pitting on the clip (see photos), but the lever is nice and even. It's a great looking pen, working very well.
