Manufacturer and Year Waterman, made in Canada. We are guessing it is from the late 1930s or early 1940s.

Filling System Lever filler (We have replaced the bladder and it works very well.)
Color Black and Grey marble celluloid (plastic) with flecks of red. Gold plated trim.
Nib MEDIUM 14k gold Waterman's IDEAL Canada #2 nib is very soft with good flexibility. Please see our writing sample below.
Condition Excellent condition with no cracks. This is a full size pen with lots of shine and an excellent color pattern that is quite beautiful. The cap and barrel have moderate scratching. The barrel has marks caused by the cap lip and scratch marks at the end. The lever has some light scratching and a bit of plating wear on the sides. The cap has bite marks and some scratches at the top and alongside the top of the clip. The cap band has plating wear. The clip has brassing and plating wear on the ball end as well as the top edge. The imprints are clear.
