Type Vintage pen which works beautifully and has a flexible nib.
Product Name Model 7, marked on the end of the pen barrel. This version of the 7 is from the Colorband series, with a "Red" nib and a matching red band at the top of the cap.

Filling System Lever filler. We have replaced the sac and it works very well.
Color Red ripple hard rubber with gold plated trim. The red colored insert in the cap may be original, as it's got fine cracks throughout and has darkened to a brownish red.
Nib The nib is marked RED Waterman Ideal. The feed is red ripple ebonite, matching the rest of the pen. The RED mark on the nib was Waterman's classification, indicating normal flexibility. The line varies from medium to broad. See writing sample below.
Condition Excellent + condition. No cracks, chips, or personalization. Some brassing on the cap band, and the ball at the end of the clip has brassing and plating wear. The color is excellent with very little fading and the imprints are crisp and clear. The lever box and lever are in great condition, just a bit of brassing on a couple of the edges. This pen writes very smoothly with a good amount of flex. The filling system is working well,
