Product Description

Product Name Commando (it's marked on the barrel). This model was one step down in size from the standard Hundred Year Pen, and otherwise quite similar to the later Hundred Year Pens. The sticker on the barrel identifies the model as 515.
Manufacturer and Year Waterman, made in USA -- early 1940's.
Length 5-3/16".
Filling System Lever filler. We've restored it with a new sac and it's working very well.
Color Dark Burgundy with gold plated trim and two thin cap bands. The burgundy is very dark, edging toward a dark brown or black.
Nib MEDIUM RIGID Waterman's Ideal 14k nib.
Condition Excellent + condition with no cracks, chips, dents, or dings. This is a dark, shiny burgundy pen in a classic design. The barrel has marks caused by the cap lip and light scratching. It has the original nib size and price sticker just above the lever. The lever looks great. The cap has microscratching. The two thin cap bands look fantastic. The clip and gold disc on top of the cap have microscratches. The imprints are crisp.
