Color Solid black barrel and a satin-finished golden colored cap (Waterman called this "Lumalloy") with a wide stripes pattern. There are silver colored grooved rings. The end of the barrel has a clear yellow piece - we're assuming that the end of the barrel disintegrated, and someone repaired it by adding this clear yellow "plug".
Nib FINE 14k semi-hooded "Taperite" nib. Firm and smooth.
Condition Excellent condition. The barrel looks great with a clear imprint. There is some plating wear around the edges of the lever tab. There are scratches and cap marks on the end of the barrel, and there are some cracks along the edge where the original barrel was attached to the end piece The end piece has some scratching on the end. The section looks great. The cap has tiny scratches in the golden surface. The clip is scratched and slightly dull; there is brassing along the top edge, and some plating wear around the open end. The cap lip has a lot of scratching.
