Condition Excellent condition. There are tiny scratches on the gold cap portion, which are mostly hidden by the textured surface. The very top of the cap has some shiny marks. The blue barrel has moderate microscratching. The cone has microscratching, but no plating wear or brassing. Very handsome, attractively colored executive pen.
