Filling System Takes international style refills, but some of them are too fat to fit in the barrel. Waterman branded refills are thinner and do fit but the long cartridges are too long. Waterman converters do fit. There is one ink cartridge and a Waterman piston converter in the box.
Color Black pen with paired black and gold bands on the top and bottom of the cap. It has gold plated trim. The section has a deeply etched squares and rectangles pattern. The barrel has an original Made in France sticker.
Nib MEDIUM 18k Ideal Paris nib. The feed is marked, "M."
Condition Near mint condition, in box, with an ink cartridge and piston converter included. This is a slim, sleek pen that is velvety black and shiny and that has a classic Waterman appearance. The cap and barrel are perfect, lovely, and shiny. The gold trim pieces, bands, clip and cap top all have very light microscratching to one degree or another but nothing major. The imprints are clear and the barrel has an original Made in France sticker.
