Manufacturer and Year Waterman, made in France -- late 1980s to mid-1990s.

Filling System Takes international style refills, but some of them are too fat to fit in the barrel. Waterman branded refills are thinner and do fit but please note that the long cartridges are too long. Waterman converters do fit and a piston converter is included in the box.
Color Mottled brown pen with paired black and gold bands on the top and bottom of the cap. It has gold plated trim. The section has a deeply etched pattern of squares and rectangles. The original Made in France sticker is on the barrel.
Nib MEDIUM 18k nib is smooth and just a bit springy with nice tipping material. The feed is marked, "M."
Condition Near mint condition, in box, with piston cartridge and with no cracks, chips, dents, or dings. This is a slim, beautifully colored, shiny pen. The cap and barrel have a few light microscratches. The section is perfect. The cap bands have microscratching and there is a tad of plating wear on the lower band. The clip and triple gold bands above it are perfect. The flat gold cap top has a few microscratches. The gold piece at the end of the barrel has a few microscratches. The original Made in France sticker is on the barrel. The imprints are clear.
